Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

It is a great thing to marinate seafood and meat before you grill them. You would be able to get better flavor and the meat would get ready relatively early. Balsamic vinegar marinade is one of the perfect flavors to marinate anteing you want. You can even make your own balsamic vinegar marinade depending on the fresh herbs available with you. The following article will tell you how you can make this vinegar at home easily. The first to do is to collect all your ingredients in one place. The first ingredient is of course the balsamic vinegar itself. There are many varieties available for this kind of vinegar. It is better to use white balsamic vinegar for shrimp and fish. But for chicken, and beef it is relatively better to go for the darker ones. The next thing you need to have is the fresh herbs. You can take rosemary and chop them very nicely as it would work as the best seasoning. Other ingredients that you can also take in place of rosemary are basil, parsley or cilantro. All you have to be sure that the herbs are fresh and not dried. Also you would need some olive oil and chopped garlic, little bit of salt and black pepper. As you have collected all the ingredients in one place, now the best thing is to mix them well in a bowl or a glass. First start with balsamic vinegar and then add on olive oil. Add along the herbs and some cloves of garlic which would start smelling rally awesome. Blend the mixture really well and in the meanwhile you need to add the salt and the black pepper to complete the rich taste. You need to continue blending for a little while. Once you are done with the process then take the balsamic vinegar marinade and store it in a large plastic bag. Then add the meat of fish, chicken or vegetables of your choice and let the vinegar soak in them in the fridge. Let it stay there for a little while so the vinegar gets fully absorbed in your choice of subject. It is better to leave it for at least two hours if you are marinating chicken and meat and if you want to marinate stakes then keep it even longer for at least eight hours.
